It is a long established Catholic tradition to hold a procession during May to mark Our Lady’s Month of May. We haven’t held a procession for a number of years now, so on Sunday, 14th May 2023 we are holding a Marian Procession which will take us on the footways around Rydal playing fields and back to the church.
The Procession will start at 9:30am from the church followed by Mass at 10:00am. There will only be one Mass that morning, so no 9:00am nor 11:00am Mass, but Mass at 10:00am only.
Rosary before Mass
Before each weekend Mass during May we will be praying the Rosary, commencing 15 minutes before the start of Mass.
House/Garden Masses
If you, or anyone you know, would like to have a house Mass said during our Marian Month of May do please get in touch with the Parish Office by e-mail or phone so that we can schedule a date and time for Fr Vimal to attend.
Many of our Parishioners are housebound and may welcome the opportunity of having a Mass said either in their home or even in their garden if the weather is fine. Family, friends, neighbours would be most welcome to attend; as many as the property or grounds can safely and comfortably accommodate.
