God’s Protection & Help for these times

Rosary on the Coast UK and Rosary on the Coast Ireland are inviting you to join a great mission of prayer for our peoples and nations at this time of national & global crisis.

Bishop John Keenan of the Diocese of Paisley has launched a new video with a powerful rallying call to invite Catholics and all people of good will across Scotland, Wales, Ireland, England, and the Isles to strong prayer, penance and spiritual arms.

Bishop John Keenan suggests the following to ask God’s protection against the corona virus.

Here is the Youtube link to the video of this rallying call.

Here is the link to the pdf of the Protection Prayer on the Rosary on the Coast website.

In the video the Bishop speaks of and prays the attached Prayer of Protection – God’s Protection against Covid-19 virus and suggests the forthcoming Mission of Prayer which he is leading on behalf of our Rosary on the Coast teams.

He asks us to:

3.Pray the Prayer for God’s Protection against Covid-19 virus followed by the Rosary each day until the crisis ceases.

On the Feast of St Joseph (March 19th) he calls for a Rosary Day of Prayer: So pray the Rosary as never before as individuals and in groups.

He asks us to start a 9 Day Novena starting March 20th – you can choose which one. He suggests: the EWTN Novena invoking St. Joseph – https://www.ewtn.com/cath…/devotions/novena-to-st-joseph-304

Or one invoking Our Lady’s intercession – OL Walsingham – England, Our Lady Knock – Ireland, Our Lady of the Taper – Wales , Our Lady of Aberdeen – Scotland etc …. In England this coincides with the call to Prayer the Novena in honour of Our Lady of Walsingham in preparation for the Rededication of England as the Dowry of Mary on March 29th. http://www.walsingham.org.uk/novena

4. Increase your times of Prayer whether at home or in Churches through Adoration, Rosaries, Chaplets of Divine Mercy, Lectio Divina, Praying the Scriptures etc. etc.

5. If you are isolated tune in to daily Mass. EWTN TV has Mass lived streamed twice a day at 12 Noon and 6pm GMT
At the Basilica of Our Lady of Walsingham, Holy Mass is live streamed daily at 12noon – http://www.walsingham.org.uk/home

6. Finally it is important to understand the importance of the calls of both Jesus and Mary concerning the practice of the First Saturdays given to Sr. Lucia of Fatima -for the peace of the world and the salvation of many depends upon their implementation.
See – www.rosaryonthecoast.co.uk for further details.
